Hi, my name is Eileen. I'm an Intuitive Eating Counselor, Holistic Health Coach, and Yoga Teacher specializing in therapeutic practices for nervous system regulation.
My blend of life experience, holistic training, and yoga therapy has taught me that each person has a unique journey to finding peace with food and their body. To truly help someone, we must honor their individuality. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach.
I’ve worked with many people who have a deep desire for weight loss but also crave peace, ease, and freedom with food and their bodies.
